Nadav Dym

I am a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in the Technion's faculty of mathematics. My research focuses on development and theoretical analysis of algorithms, using mathematical tools from fields such as approximation theory, optimization, or invariant theory to study problems in machine learning, computer vision and related fields.
In the years 2018-2021 I was an Assistant Research Professor at the Department of Mathematics of Duke University, hosted by Prof. Ingrid Daubechies at the Information Initiative at Duke (iiD).
In 2018 I completed my PhD in the Department of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at the Weizmann Institute of Science under the supervision of Prof. Yaron Lipman.
